I wish I could give 10 stars! Dena and Darren with Carolina Vacays, have been an absolute pleasure to do business with. We were a bit nervous putting our house on the market to rent out. Dena and Darren put our nerves at ease and patiently walked us through the process. Picking Carolina Vacays to be our property manager for our rental property was the best decision. Outstanding managers of our short term rental (STR). We know nothing about STR's and thankfully Dena & Darren are there for us. They have guided and helped get everything ready. They are fabulous managers who care just as much about our property as they do about the STR guests who stay. Very responsive and a GREAT local resource who are right there if anything is needed. I can't stress enough how important it is to have someone local to manager your STR and be there for all guest needs. Speaking of guests, look at their reviews on any of the sites and you will one of the reasons they are so great. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Carolina Vacays. We have stayed at TWO absolutely incredible Carolina Vacays properties. The Unicorn is centrally located, spotless and utterly adorable, with two super-comfy king beds (and a primary suite on the main floor). The Cargo District bungalow is cute, cozy and inviting, and has an enviable mix of modern convenience and historic charm. We love that our pups are always welcome, too. Carolina Vacays communicates beautifully and treats us like gold. It seems like no detail is too small when it comes to making guests feel at home!
