As real estate investors, we have purchased, renovated, marketed and managed our own historic homes for 10+ years. Our properties are often booked months in advance and boast short-term and mid-term renters alike, many of whom stay with us year after year.

MaciGrey joined our team after an impressive career in rescue operations, specializing in the rehabilitation, testing, and quality assurance of tennis balls, squeaky toys, and unattended snacks. With years of hands-on experience in napping, squirrel surveillance, beach patrol, guarding all from delivery drivers, and greeting strangers as lifelong friends, she brings unparalleled expertise to our pet-friendly mission.
As CK-9O, MaciGrey personally oversees all dog-related matters, including sniff-worthy yards, tail-wagging welcome standards, strategic sunbathing locations, and the overall canine approval rating of our properties. Her exact methods are proprietary, but they appear to involve extensive couch testing and neighborhood walk inspections.
